Miss Lola M. Fauth, 78, was found dead in her home May 6, 1973 Sunday by her sister-in-law Mrs. Lenora Fauth. Death was apparently due to a heart attack. Miss Fouth had been ill three years. She had moved to Newtown four years ago after returning from Norwood High School at Cincinnati, Ohio, where she had been employed for 40 years. She attended the Newtown Presbyterian Church and was a member of the United Presbyterian Women's Organization. Miss Fauth was born January 12, 1895, near Augusta, Ky., a daughter of Benhardt and Grace Whiteman Fauth. She attended schools in Washington County. Survivors include in addition to Mrs. Fauth, a niece Mrs. Jean Wann of Newtown, a cousin, Mrs. Margaret Asbury of Newtown and two other nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Services at Crumley Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. The Rev. George Phelps, former pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church officiated. - kbz

Miss Fauth had been ill three years. She had moved to Newtown four years ago after retiring from Norwood HS at Cincinnati, Ohio, where she had been employed for 40 years.  She attended the Newtown Presbyterian Church and was a member of the United Presbyterian Women's organization.  Miss Fauth was born Jan 12, 1895, near Augusta, KY a daughter of Benhardt and Grace WHiteman Fauth. She attended schools in Washington County. Survivors in addition to Mrs. Fauth include a niece, Mrs. Jean Wann of Newtown; a cousin, Mrs. Margare Asbury of Newtown and two other nephews and a nice.  She was preceded in death by two brothers. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Crumley-Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. The Rev. George Phelps former pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Tuesday. - kbz
